PROFILE
- Hollis Jeffcoat studied at the Kansas City Art Institute and the New York Studio School with some of the great painter/teachers of our time, and apprenticed with Joan Mitchell in France for three years. She has lived, worked and taught in France, Canada, New York and had her own painting school in Naples, Florida. She now lives and works on Sanibel Island, Florida.

Conducted five-day Plein Aire painting workshops for advanced painters using concepts and methods that helped experienced painters get to their next level.

- Co-Founder, Silvertree School Of Painting And Drawing; Naples Florida 2002-05
Co-founded the painting school to teach serious student painters and professionals about the formal aspects and process of painting through integrated workshops using adult learning methodologies. Developed and instructed the seven program curriculum, which included: The Landscape Series, All About Color, Moving to Abstraction, Drawing for Painters, Master Class. Developed and instructed three 2-week overseas painting immersions in France.
